I started producing music in my bedroom in January of 2021. As a classically trained piano player, I read music for years and never branched out into improvisation or writing my own music, so this year has been a wonderful creative journey for me. I’m happy to have two singles out now and a third releasing at the end of November! I love learning about the production process and all that can be accomplished even without expensive gear. For the most part, I do all of my songwriting, recording, producing, and mixing, although I have learned a lot from my musician friends. I also create all my cover artwork. I am largely influenced by other bedroom pop and electronic artists and video game music, especially the soundtracks from the Legend of Zelda series. Some of my favorite artists are Triathlon, Winona Forever, Vulfpeck, Mild High Club, Pearl & the Oysters, Demon Days, and Hiatus Kaiyote.
