Equal parts Nirvana, The Cure, Slowdive, and Pink Floyd, Silver Relics is a psych-rock band formed by New York-based songwriter and singer/guitarist Alex Sepassi, additionally featuring bassist/songwriter Garrett De Temple and drummer Hitomi Nakamura. Raised on the iconic British songwriters of the 1960s, Sepassi later discovered the technicolor experiments of 1970s rock and brooding moodiness ’80s indie music. He deftly incorporates the best of these influences while adhering to a classic “songs-first” philosophy. Silver Relics is on Jamsphere Radio rotation with the track “Blood is Blood”.
