Jelal Blu is a 19 year old artist striving to be an entertainer in any sense of the word. He has been making music for about eight months now and is figuring out different ways to grow his fan base as much as he can while in college and working a 9-5. He also makes short films or at least attempt to as it is fairly time consuming but if anyone has the chance to check out his short, I highly encourage them to do so.
