Jess Hynes, a singer-songwriter originally from the Wirral, in her 20s has been writing music since she was young. Having previous accomplishments such as becoming Miss Cheshire in 2022 has given Jess the confidence to share her music with the world. Releasing her first single, ‘Good Distraction’ in 2023, her genre is a fusion of pop and country music. Influences for Jess include Eva Cassidy, Shania Twain, and Taylor Swift. Through her songwriting Jess tells stories of past relationships, experiences and struggles growing up. Jess hopes her music will spread a little happiness and joy.
